1 small onion coursly chopped
1 medium carrot ditto
1 celery stalk ditto ditto again!
1/2 cup cold water why not!? chop it too (how hard is your water?)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup flour (or fleaur if your making this in Quebec)
dash Poultry seasoning What the @#$%&#! is poultry seasoning? (Optional)
directions
using a large saucepan, heat first 4 ingredients to boiling. using a strainer (no!, not a stranger!) pour broth and vegggies through using a wooden spoon to extract juices from veggies. Return broth to saucepan. discard veggie pulp
in a small bowl stir water, soy, flour and seasoning until smmoooothhh. Add flour mixture into broth gradually and continue stirring
Heat to boiling and cook 1 minute until thick and bubbley.
